If only it really were JUST vanilla planiflora. It also has a huge dose of Generic Woody Super Amber Aromachemical (TM) in the base.

Honeyed linden opening, drydown is MAXIMUM POWDERY INDOLES; the mothball mentholated insect repellent type of indoles, not fecal/poopy type.

The dry down was soft and beautiful, gentle sandalwood and hints of rose sweetness. The first 2 hours were gasoline fumes with cocoa.

Lovely milky white florals, my favorite! But spraying on skin really brings out the indole in this one. Sadly, I must decline.

Soapy violet opening into a dry potpourri rose + woody drydown. No tropical florals or creaminess. Maybe my climate is too dry for it.
