I don’t get anything aquatic nor any lavender from it. If I didn’t know there was melon in it I wouldn’t even know it was a fruit scent.

Inspires visions of the Home Depot lumber aisle rather than visions of a forest. Not that it’s bad, it just smells like... dried hardwood.

Lacks the sophisticated vibe of the original Hedonist. Reminds me of soap. Being attached to the Hedonist line & price tag doesn’t help.

Smells more like a book than Bibliotheque. I also got compliments on it despite the fact that I could barely smell it myself.
