a limey, zesty coca cola, but I’m getting mostly lime, and not that much cola. unfortunately it only lasts for about 10 minutes on me, but it does make me feel like I’m at a mexican restaurant eating tortilla chips with lime salt and drinking a coke from a glass bottle, which is always an exquisite activity

I bought this while in Montepulciano Italy, and it perfectly captures what being in those hauntingly beautiful archaic cathedrals feels like, the air gets cooler and dank but in an enchanting way, and there’s lingering myrrh and benzion incense smoke from the previous mass. Unfortunately on me there’s a rubbery note that is hard to ignore, but even with that being there it is a beautiful scent, and I often combine it with a beeswax or light vanilla fragrance to warm it up a bit, while keeping the cathedral energy alive

I’m not sure how else to describe it, it smells like medical grade cleaning supplies and cherry flavored toothpaste or mouthwash.
Makes me feel like a kid at the orthodontist again and I’m getting my braces worked on
I swear I can even smell the rubber bands that go around the brackets and the flowers that the receptionists kept at the front desk
With that being said there is something pleasant about it, like if I smelled it on someone else I wouldn’t be mad about it, just not for me

while a lot of church perfumes take you to centuries old gothic cathedrals, this one takes me to the old, modest, rural american catholic church I went to as a child. picture the classic little white church. incense and beeswax candles burning, the wooden pews are waxed with beeswax as well, so when the sunlight coming through the windows warms them up, it smells like woody honey. this is one of my favorite fragrances of all time
