Best Decant site ?

Visionary Fragrances. I've previously bought from them 10ml decants and aside from a lengthy process until the package arrived, I'd say they're one of your best bets in Europe, with an immense variety of fragrances 

He is good, he also has a YouTube channel so you can see the chap you’re buying from. He bottles are good, they come in nice little felt bags and silver envelopes. All that is fun but on the down side his prices are on the slightly higher side. I have used him a few times. 
I’ve also purchased from Scent Samples they are amazing value probably the cheapest and the one I’ve used the most but the bottles and atomisers aren’t great. But excellent packaging. ‘Shop’ app is a great resource for samples I’ve found a few others on there. You have to look around for the fragrances you want at a price. Some stores have hard to find ones but not much selection etc. most sellers use ‘shop’ back end for sales management including big manufacturers like PDM and Amouage it is a global business. 

50ml (EU Website | FR Website) offers a lot of samples, good customer service too, I can recommend. 
Only downside is you will most likely not find "high couture" brands like Prada, Dior, YSL and more.

You can find decants from niche perfumes in Ecuación Natural in Spain and Avery Perfume Gallery in Italy.
