Pineward brand—where to start?

Pineward brand—where to start? 0

Just what it says on the tin—I’ve heard great things about Pineward fragrances, and they seem like a fun and intriguing brand, but they have so many scents in what seem like somewhat similar scent profiles that choosing a place to start feels somewhat intimidating.

If it helps with your suggestions, I prefer unisex-to-masculine scents, and my current scent obsessions are A City on Fire, Cœur de Noir, Lignum Vitae, and Every Storm a Serenade (2024), and my old reliable of 10 years is Karma Perfume.

I adore this house! I would pick one or two of their sample sets for whatever seasons are upcoming in your area. I personally love the fall sample set.

Thanks for the suggestion, @FblKnievel! I bought a few samples and enjoyed them so much I have samples of 11 more scents from them coming in the mail. Definitely agree with you that their autumn offerings are particularly lovely!

Would you believe I’m wearing Funerie right now? An initial fresh mushroom shock followed by gorgeous roses, woods, incense, and… really lovely dried mushrooms! Friggin awesome is right. Smelling like a mushroom has never been more desirable.

Nice! Glad you like it as well. Did you order samples?

@Ceesie, I sure did! After I made an initial order of eight samples (which came with one bonus), I liked them so much I placed another order for eleven samples, which came with two bonus scents! I’ve now sprayed Tome, one of the bonuses, on—the glue note is crazy, but the rest of the scent can support it!

Yeah I just read your review. It seems I have a lot more of pineward to test.

@Ceesie, there’s a lot of Pineward to love! I’ve definitely become a fan. In addition to Funerie, I really like Apple Tabac, White Fir (2025), Coffee Tabac, Coastal Veil, and Bucolic.
