I purchased it from Dubai deira City center, before I tried it, I have sprayed other perfumes on my shirt including swiss Arabian oud 74, oud 01, Valencia and other Al haramain perfumes including this oud patchouli and then I left and was roaming in the mall, till I noticed that's it's was this oud patchouli smell was the one I was smelling and was strong compared to others which I already sprayed on my shirt so I decided to go back to them and purchased it and indeed was good deal

That, and much more, is the scent of Oudh Patchouli. It takes unfathomable paths that awaken the desire to dive into it. And at the same time to escape from it... in the "worry" of what might be lurking inside.
With the first small spritz on my wrist, a dark cloud of various woods and spices comes towards me. A cloud that is as black and unfathomable as one might find in a "black hole."
But slowly, something begins to unravel, like small whirlpools within this cloud, revealing other colors. The warm brown of earthy patchouli, the bluish gray tones of the smoke from myrrh and incense. Other shades of brown and beige from oud, amber, and vanilla.
The scent gradually loses its black heaviness, but remains very complex and dark. With those swirling patterns that possess an almost magical allure. At the same time, Oudh Patchouli radiates warm nobility and traverses very mysterious realms of earth, wood, fire, and smoke. These magical fires burn the nothingness and continually create something new. And this lasts throughout the entire "scent life." Because it easily lasts 10 to 12 hours.

Well, that's how it is when you can't think of a better title.
Whatever.
"Huch, what comes in from outside" shot through my mind when the UPS driver rang my doorbell and handed me my package.
There it was, straight from the Emirates from Al Haramain Perfumes.
Quickly unpacked, all the advertising flyers set aside and the plastic removed.
The bottle is identical to the Leather Oud, just in brown, so all good.

The first spray immediately reveals a hefty dose of patchouli, not that deep earthy slightly musty chocolatey kind, but rather sweet, noble, almost a bit green.
Whether this is due to the oud, my nose cannot tell me.
This basic structure remains intact for a long time until a soft oriental leather replaces the green.
I can't detect the sandalwood and the mentioned musk here, but that could also be because I've only been wearing it for 3 hours.
The performance is quite strong at the beginning but then dims a bit, yet it always makes its presence known.

UPDATE:
Now, 12 hours and a shower later, it is still present.
That gets full marks.
