Elegant Pineapple

So fresh and fruity and different and so light.
I first tried the legendary Aventus and thought it was really great, even a bit better than this one here, but the smoke unfortunately bothered me. After decades, you finally quit smoking and then you smell like you relapsed.
I didn't want that, but the rest of the scent is still among the best I've ever smelled. And luckily, I then tried L Aventure intense, which really does it almost just as well, but without the smoke.
For me, it's optimal, and yes, it is a bit less complex and not quite as light as the original, but still among the best I've ever smelled. And it doesn't have anything annoying, which I unfortunately have to notice with more and more perfumes.
When I'm not sure which scent to choose, I increasingly reach for this one. And that in summer as well as in winter.

Is CDNIM EDT Mature?

Foreword: I have never been a fan of Aventus and Aventus-like inspirations. Nevertheless, some dupes, such as Hacivat and "Cedrat Boise | Mancera," have found their way into my collection from time to time. I am particularly familiar with "Club de Nuit Intense Man (Eau de Toilette) | Armaf," as I have somehow emptied an entire bottle over the years.

Top Note: Right upon spraying, there is a slightly harsh, smoky citrus note. Similar to that of "Club de Nuit Intense Man (Eau de Toilette) | Armaf," but significantly more mature, refined, and not quite like a citrus cleaner.
Fortunately, this dissipates fairly quickly.
After 5-10 minutes, the scent remains constant and does not change anymore.
It stays a smoky version of Aventus with citrus instead of pineapple.
It strongly reminds me of freshly smoked lemon zest that I found as an ingredient in my gin at a modern cocktail bar in Athens. The impression fits quite well with the flavor profile.
Pleasantly slightly sharp bitterness with rough smoked lemon, little zestiness, paired with a natural underlying freshness from flowers and herbs.

Although it is another scent reminiscent of "Aventus | Creed," it does many things right. If I had to choose one, it would probably be this one or "Explorer | Montblanc."

Significantly more mature, not too sweet, no bothersome pineapple, which always seems too artificial to me, and well-rounded. Explorer for everyday wear and "L'Aventure Intense | Al Haramain / الحرمين" for the evening hours in the cocktail bar.
However, those who value beautiful bottles on the shelf should feel free to ignore this one, as it features unattractive scratch-sensitive plastic silver and a very cheap cap covered in rubber. Almost as bad as "Détour Noir | Al Haramain / الحرمين."

It's okay ... not really a hit, but alright

Just a quick note, after CDNIM (EDT) this is my second dupe of the great original by Creed ... and I have to say, I don't really know what to make of it *sigh*

At the beginning, in the top note, it is very pleasantly citrusy and refined, far less overwhelming than the CDNIM, which really hits you hard.
Unfortunately, it only remains in a solid projecting state for about 45-60 minutes, and after 90 - 120 minutes it becomes rather "close to the skin" but still noticeable, a bit better on clothing than on skin, but that's normal.

Well, I am a bit disappointed.
By the way, I purchased the version with the sticker, which you can't really influence.
You can find contradictory statements on various websites regarding the quality of the fragrance in relation to the type of bottle, overall not very helpful, rather confusing.

On another major website that deals with the topic of "fragrances," there is a post from the manufacturer (allegedly, who knows) in the discussion thread about L'Aventure Intense, stating that it wouldn't make a difference which bottle you have.

I can only say "Hmm, I don't know" ... here too, one says this, the other that.

Well, in conclusion, I might want to mention that the price for my bottle was under €30, and I would therefore say that it "just barely fits" overall.
Excitement looks different, but I will probably compare it with the version without "Intense" when the opportunity arises.
