For OUD Lovers!
Blind buy? Yes! Regret? Not really! Souk? Maybe!
First, the positive for me: In the drydown, it's 80% identical to my beloved #Royal Oud. However, the rather negative aspect for me: Rose Oud also smells heavily of Oud! Slightly medicinal and just shy of barnyard scent, but really only just shy. The title doesn't quite fit, as one or even several roses are sought in vain here. This note is also not mentioned in the description. The only reminder of rose is the packaging… but one could also call it "piglet - pink." The golden bottle fits in very well and both harmonize perfectly in kitschy unity!
All the listed ingredients can be perceived, but here the Oud has the absolute upper hand! Not quite fitting for me, but it is by no means a bad scent!
