the mysterious one

Oud Al Sayad smells warm, spicy and mysterious. You always have to keep the price of this fragrance in mind, because it could easily cost 3-4 times as much!

At the beginning you can perceive notes of caramel, vanilla and oud, but the main protagonist is and remains the opulent rose. This has been beautifully realized and is by no means kitschy! It is definitely masculine enough to pass as unisex! So men, take heart!

Over time, Oud Al Sayad becomes increasingly woody and slightly smoky! Here you can smell the oud, incense and sandalwood.

H/S are really good, even if it is not a beastmode. Used carefully, you could also dare to give it a chance in the office. Best in fall/winter, it feels best in the cold.

A very successful Oriental for the winter

Even though I am now tired of these opulent "Oud-Gourmand-Oriental fragrances", I find the "Oud Al Sayad | Ard Al Zaafaran / ارض الزعفران التجارية" to be a success. The durability on my skin is around 12 hours with a successful sillage.

The top note is sweet and gourmand with aromas of caramel, amber, vanilla and pralines with dark chocolate and cocoa. The heart note offers oriental spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and benzoin. The base is dominated by woody and subtly smoky notes of sandalwood, oud, incense and cedarwood.

I find the "Oud Al Sayad | Ard Al Zaafaran / ارض الزعفران التجارية" quite pleasing, even if it was too sweet for my work colleague. I will probably leave the bottle out of my collection again, as I am not completely convinced.

Must-have snapper for the cold season!

With Oud Al Sayad by Ard Al Zaafaran, I don't notice any bergamot at all. It's a really beautiful, heavy, slightly fruity fragrance - perfect for those who are looking for something with oomph. The longevity and sillage are amazing, really long-lasting and easy to perceive. Now comes the kicker: for a mere €20, you get a fragrance that really has nothing to hide. It's not a cheap knock-off, but a truly independent fragrance that easily puts some of the expensive niche perfumes in its pocket. I'm totally thrilled, you really can't go wrong here! A must-have for the cold season
