A Trussardi in Arabic garb

If you take hanuta, jasmine, sweet and viscous tuberose syrup, woody notes and musk, put everything in a little pot and stir vigorously, the result for me is Le Vie di Milano - Passeggiata in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. So far, so right.
I would never have believed that something very similar was behind "Caramel Oud / كراميب عود | Ard Al Zaafaran / ارض الزعفران التجارية". Perhaps also because the name suggests something completely different. But the random name roulette is already familiar from brands like Zara...

When I think of "Caramel Oud / كراميب عود | Ard Al Zaafaran / ارض الزعفران التجارية", I am already struck by an alcoholic note, not acrid, more like a liqueur, like caramel or hazelnut cream liqueur. Mixed with the aforementioned Hanuta, including finely roasted hazelnut, cocoa cream between two crunchy wafers, jasmine, chewy and sweet and... wait... also tuberose? Can that really be? But yes! For me, the pyramid listed here is simply not as fitting as that of the "original", to which "Caramel Oud / كراميب عود | Ard Al Zaafaran / ارض الزعفران التجارية" is definitely oriented in my opinion. This light woodiness that slows down the sweetness a little, the musk. Somehow it's all there. For me, the difference is only in the overall composition.
1. "Caramel Oud / كراميب عود | Ard Al Zaafaran / ارض الزعفران التجارية" is more linear than the Trussardi. Considering the price, however, I would say that this is bearable.
2. "Caramel Oud / كراميب عود | Ard Al Zaafaran / ارض الزعفران التجارية" is more floral for me. A touch more jasmine and tuberose. Otherwise: Le Vie di Milano - Passeggiata in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, only somehow as an all-round version. Due to the flowers, I would say you can also wear this little hemp dream in the not-too-warm summer, but the nutty aromas also make it suitable for the cold season. During the day and at night. For a date, as a cuddly fragrance. It is somehow airy, so it can even shine in everyday life. Simply an all-rounder.
The fragrance can be worn by anyone who wants to. I don't recognize a clear direction.

If, like me, you are looking for Le Vie di Milano - Passeggiata in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II but want to find it for a small price, you could find a great alternative in "Caramel Oud / كراميب عود | Ard Al Zaafaran / ارض الزعفران التجارية".

Very excited about the perfume, I took the time to imagine what the perfume might smell like. Of course I had a look at the fragrance notes on Notino beforehand and I have to say that pineapple, mandarin and pear in the top note naturally make you imagine a fresh fragrance that might also smell slightly sweet with the heart and base notes. I found the perfume for 14.99 and ordered it straight away, whereupon it was/is sold out. The perfume arrived earlier than planned. Of all the perfumes I ordered, I only opened this Caramel oud because the scent made me curious. When I opened the packaging, I took out the bottle with this elegant lid. The perfume was immediately sprayed on my forearm. So now enough talk, let's get to the fragrance. The scent starts off sweet, but it's a fresh sweetness, just as I thought it would be. Although I have to say that you can detect a good amount of caramel. But then after less than 10 minutes the fragrance starts to develop. And I have to honestly say that the fragrance goes in the direction of Althair. A little horse for 15€ pardon 14.99 ;-P. The fragrance lasts for 5-6 hours and unfortunately only lasts a maximum of 2 hours close to the skin. But what can you expect from a 14.99 fragrance. Unfortunately, you can't have everything and that's a good thing. Nevertheless, this fragrance is worth every penny when you consider how expensive designer fragrances are with miserable durability. Let's leave aside the old batches of some designers. The sillage is very strong in the first hour, after that it fades a lot. But with such a cheap fragrance you can spray a few times without it hurting. So strike who finds the perfume still cheap.

Misleading name (Trussardi La Vie Di Milano Alternative)

When you read the name "Caramel Oud", you think of an oriental gourmand fragrance.
And that's what I would have expected, but unfortunately that's not what you get here.
I could have done without the oriental.
I don't quite get on with oud, but I would have liked the caramel.

The fragrance starts with a mix of floral notes and praline I don't know exactly what smells so floral here.
I can smell jasmine, but there is also something that smells like tuberose.
I feel that way because it smells kind of bubblegumy and I often get that with tuberose.
The fruity notes seem to be totally lost on me.

The DD remains the same, no caramel, no oud, just jasmine and probably gardenia or magnolia.
An inexplicable sweetness remains in the background, could be praline, could be hazelnut.
It gives the fragrance a slight sweetness, but the floral notes never make the fragrance too sweet.

Towards the end, I only perceive "tuberose".
So a floral bubblegumy note.

The longevity on my skin was 7.5h, so I would say quite ok.
But I find the radiance to be rather weak to moderate.

In conclusion, I can only say that it is definitely a unisex fragrance, but with a feminine edge.
Designer quality for little money, yet nothing new, nothing extraordinary and nothing I should have in my collection.

What a little treasure.

Caramel Oud is a really surprisingly beautiful fragrance, especially for this pleasant price The first time I saw this fragrance was in a short clip on YouTube and I immediately became curious. I can truly say that I am positively surprised and that you should give this fragrance a chance.

In my opinion, the fragrance starts off sweet with a pleasant floral undertone. I perceive something like a kind of praline, something chocolatey, something caramel-like. The whole thing has a pleasant floral undertone, as already mentioned.

In the first few seconds, it even seems a little tipsy in my opinion. Like a kind of sweet liqueur. However, this fades quite quickly.

I can't detect the pineapple or the mandarin from the fragrance pyramid at any time.
Only the pear actually comes to the fore.
For me, it sets in after about 45 minutes (roughly estimated).
However, it is really pleasant and a great match for the floral repertoire and the sweetish image of this fragrance.

Towards the end we have a familiar musky base with creamy sandalwood, a little praline and some amber.

The performance is perfectly fine. Especially with this super price-performance ratio, you can't say anything negative in this respect anyway, as well as in general. In addition, the fragrance is super unisex to wear.

I rate the fragrance an 8.
If this absolutely terrific first phase with the super nice sweetish impression had lasted longer, I would actually tend towards an 8.5 or a 9.

Boozy nougat praline

Starts like a cognac praline...very boozy...hazelnutty...then the sweet caramel comes in. After a few seconds, the alcohol subsides and it becomes warm-chocolaty, milky-creamy, slightly woody-floral, vanilla-like. I like the nutty-lactonic notes. The sweet caramel also remains. This is a perfume that needs to "mature" before you can appreciate it. This is why the first impression can be a little confusing. However, the performance could be a little stronger...otherwise it is a really beautiful gourmand. Very individual. I am happy to have it in my collection...awesome
