I just opened the box...in which the fragrance was delivered about 2 weeks ago.
I am no longer surprised by these high-quality packages from Lattafa; many Western fragrance houses could take a cue from them.
The bottle is also beautifully crafted, with golden, ornate writing and the pattern. There's a heavy, high-quality cap on top of that.
From the first spray, I am enveloped in a cloud of oud...beautiful sweet balsamic oud that only slightly leans into the animalistic.
You have to constantly smell your hand...it's that beautiful.
The fragrance does not undergo a significant transformation for me...it is simply a lovely, high-quality blend of oud, styrax, and other spicy components.

Top notes: Wormwood, spicy notes, styrax.
Middle notes: Leather, iris, jasmine, cedarwood, tuberose.
Base notes: white musk, patchouli, vetiver, amber, oud.
