Carolina Herrera Good Girl Clone
I do not own the original, but I was able to test the CH Good Girl here at Douglas, and it was extremely similar to Pride of Armaf.
When you read the notes (cocoa, coffee, etc.), you might think that the perfume is probably only for people who like gourmand scents.
It is sweet, but it stays within limits.
The almond is what you perceive first, and it lasts until the end, not disappearing after a while.
Jasmine and orange blossom are both very present here and give the fragrance a feminine freshness.
And yes, the scent is 100% feminine, not a bit unisex.
Cocoa adds the sweetness, but the cocoa is more in the background, just like the coffee.
And both are not directly identifiable as coffee or cocoa; you need a trained nose for that.
All together, it feels a bit synthetic and might scratch the nose a little in the first 15 minutes.
But still, for the small price, it’s a top dupe for CH GG, and there’s probably hardly anything that comes as close to GG.
Longevity is above average, at least for my batch (2018).
The projection is also decent; you can perceive it very well in the first few hours, even in colder temperatures.
