What a shame to have this brand image, this beautiful bottle ... everything to succeed ; but what a mediocre execution and what expensives prices ! .

It seems that it won't last too much but it does at a low profile , the problem is that the smell lacks presence, grace, shine, quality.

It's , like almost everything one finds on the shelves , very safe-mode , as to take it to the office and reapply in the middle of the day . For unpretentious circumstances .

I detect spices , musks , but the problem to me is that I find a prominent note which reminds me of ambroxan that I usually don't like . It isn't listed in the pyramid but for me it has a very clear feeling .

Being so minimal , I should try it more times and without interferences to give more details buuuut , NEXT in every ways .

tested today at the sephora in Lyon part dieu.

I had heard about it without more so it was the opportunity to discover it, especially with the very hot day an icy effect was welcome.

except that this perfume is neither fresh and even less icy. It smells good, a smell that I don't remember having ever smelled. Synthetic, pleasant but nothing more.

ideal for a person who does not have a huge collection and who is looking for a perfume that can match almost every season and stand out with a rare but not tenacious smell because after 2 hours the perfume no longer smelled.

Opening is super pleasant. Fresh, juicy, icy blast that really refreshes you. Not a very common scent either, would make a great office/everyday choice. Everything after that falls off a cliff tho. It's mostly just dry musky woods but done in a slightly unpleasant way, and stays more or less linear from the end of the opening all the way until it fades. Performance is quite weak overall, everything after the opening is just a skin scent, tho that's probably for the best. I can't see a reason to buy this, tho it is a bit of a different choice the drydown kills it

Glacial Man

Masculine, clean, cool, calming, pleasing, a waterfall of freshness, summery, and very suitable for everyday use. The name Glacial perfectly expresses the content of the fragrance.
One of the creations of the famous perfumer Alberto Morillas. The strange thing is that Glacial Essence does not have any DNA of the original Bvlgari Man.
The fragrance is based on a completely dominant note of juniper berry, but here in a fresh, aquatic form. This is followed by notes of ginger, which give a slightly pungent scent, then sandalwood, on a noticeable base of clearwood. I also did not notice any synthetic note.
I've read a lot of negative comments about the fragrance's performance, but my opinion after extensive use for several days is that the fragrance has a high performance for a summer fragrance, and I received many compliments. I can say that the longevity is no less than 4 hours and the sillage is up to 2 hours or more continuously, noting that the fragrance comes in the form of an Eau de Parfum.
The bottle of the fragrance features the traditional shape of Bvlgari Man series bottles, but it is designed in a beautiful light blue color with a white top head that perfectly expresses the essence of the fragrance.

Frozen Simplicity: A Chilly Take on Bvlgari Glacial Essence

Bvlgari Glacial Essence lives up to its name, delivering a distinctly fresh and cold sensation that's quite surprising. Despite an initial impression of citrus, this scent feels remarkably minimalist, even more so than its sibling, Rain Essence. Both share a kinship with the crispness of Silver Mountain Water, thankfully without any inkiness, though Rain Essence leans closer due to its green tea note.
Glacial Essence centers around a prominent, almost sterile white musk, reminiscent of molecular musk-focused fragrances like Caron's Musc Oli or Ajmal's Amber Musc. While it successfully achieves the sought-after ice-cold effect perfect for summer – and commendably avoids the harsh chemical edge that often plagues similar scents – it ultimately lacks depth and nuance.
I find myself wishing for a touch of complexity, perhaps the invigorating mint of ELDO's "You or Someone Like You," layered with this glacial coolness. Alas, for those of us who prefer single-wear fragrances, that perfect summer concoction remains a dream. Glacial Essence isn't bad; it's a "pleasantly cold" experience, just one that ultimately feels too straightforward.
