Umm.. I don't know about this one
I'm pretty indifferent to irises, but I can appreciate a good iris fragrance. This one, however, doesn't cut it.
It opens up with a pretty realistic scent of purple iris flowers and stems, and then takes a sharp turn into a weird and medicinal territory. The latter is probably because of patchouli. You cannot catch them at the start, but they add a slightly green and acrid layer to the composition, which develops on my skin as a stale and damp earth.
The longevity isn't so great, either. I spray it on at 8pm, and at 10pm it's barely there.
