Disappointing

Tried it on paper at first and while the opening note on most websites is strictly bergamot, I could smell an amazing pepper note, which I typically tend to appreciate. The reason I was so disappointed was that once sprayed on skin, I couldn't even smell it anymore !!! I was just left with a very basic vanilla, without much depth. For such a price, I would have expected better performance. It's unfortunately a big no for me.

A soft warm vanilla with citrus notes

The scent is particularly special in my eyes, but it also has certain similarities to Guerlain in my opinion.

It starts off very fresh and aquatic with neroli and bergamot. The vanilla stays strongly in the background and is only subtly noticeable at first. However, this changes relatively quickly after 3-5 minutes. The vanilla becomes very creamy, soft, and sweet, paired with the slightly citrusy and aquatic notes, making the fragrance both fresh and intense at the same time. Very well done and truly beautiful fragrance notes, in my opinion!
