A Truly Wonderful Cherry
Thank you very much for the warm welcome, I have been a silent reader until now! This is my first review, and I will do my best to write it as well as possible to contribute something!
Normally, I mainly wear quite old fragrances, but I always try something new from time to time. I first got to smell this one on a friend and immediately wanted to know what fragrance it was. She told me the name and that it is a good and affordable alternative to Tom Ford's Lost Cherry. Unfortunately, I don't have that one and thus cannot compare the two.
Right after spraying, you get a wonderful cherry that is very finely nestled in almond, you want to bite right into it, very delicious! It's also nice that the alcoholic component of the liqueur does not dominate strongly; I prefer it to be gentle. This lovely blend stays beautifully present for a while, until something strange happened on my skin. Suddenly, I only perceived a somewhat tart and dry cherry, which confused me a bit. Fortunately, that changed quickly again, and a very nice warm sweetness followed, which I enjoyed a lot.
The longevity for me was about 7 hours, and during that time I could always perceive the fragrance well. I find that very impressive for a fragrance in this affordable price range! I will definitely test the original as well.
