273 Rodeo Drive for Men Fred Hayman 1990 Cologne

I bought the 273 Rodeo Drive for Men Cologne as a full 3.7 ml miniature in the original packaging at an auction. I therefore assume that the fragrance has not been exposed to light for a long time and still smells reasonably authentic. Unfortunately, the whole thing still doesn't convince me at all. At least the longevity of around 6-7 hours on my skin is quite good. The sillage is somewhat weaker.

The top note starts spicy, citrusy and floral with bergamot and lavender. Unfortunately, there is a nasty scent that reminds me of a toilet stone in a urinal. You have to endure this fragrance for around 30 to 60 minutes, then the smell finally becomes more bearable. The heart note has an earthy and woody scent of oakmoss with a hint of tobacco. The base offers some leather and animal musk with resinous hints of cedar.

In the end, I am very unhappy here. At first you smell as if you've spent the night in the men's room and then you end up smelling very mature and old-fashioned.
