Not for all

It's one of the deeper fragrance in my collection.
A very strong amber, but I like it very much.
Needs to be tested before to buy it.
If you love amber fragrances, this can be one more you'll can love.
SHL confirm is a very good creator of smells (I have also Sand Dance by him) and with vwry good quality of ingredients.

Resinous perfection

For me, Ô Hira is above all a consistently resinous fragrance.
In my opinion, this slightly sweet, resinous note is superbly designed.

The amber fragrance here is above all relatively "dark".
Many people find it musty.
I can perhaps understand this in part, but not entirely. But maybe that's because the nose has already smelled a lot of things or is used to a lot of things.

The fragrance also has a great woody character and nuances of cinnamon. The fragrance is also slightly smoky. It becomes a little sweeter over time. Some vanilla and very, very subtle tonka bean are added. Otherwise, the fragrance is quite linear. But I don't think that's a bad thing. A fragrance doesn't always have to change a lot.
I also think it's nice not to perceive any major changes.

In short, the performance is simply good!
I like the Ô Hira and it is definitely worth a test.

Great amber

Ô Hira is my nr. 1 fall-winter scent. I've cut 50 amber scents out of my collection just keeping this and Xerjoff. It's so good that you don't ever need to look for another ambery scent. Sultry, a bit salty, animalic, it's divine.

It was not light day.

As I walked so the stars beckoned. The full moon threw its golden corona as a fragrant light over the rooftops. Mysterious shine.

My path above the rooftops was of dreamlike, unflinching beauty. With arms spread wide, a swim in infinity. Ambering. Warm and dry, with transparent gauzy green animalism. Delicate scent of sandalwood. A restrained little glow nuzzled its way through narrow cracks and the nave shimmered under a blink of divine incense.

From ancient gardens, a breeze of dull fruit and dormant flowers floated creamy into the night. The scent of lightly cocooning wood and mimimal animalistic feline magic faded in the sky. Into the silence of gentle sleep.

The morning dawned and I lost my dream.

I wanted to catch him. Note happiness. But words remained. Amber (medium). Beautiful. Quiet. Very dull fire and light brown. Not sweet. Not juicy. Dry. Dust. Incense (little). Close to the skin. Resin (minimal in traces). Consonance almost uniform throughout. No whoosh. TENSE.

Somnambulant harmony.
