Stay is not the right word here
Because Stay doesn't hold at all. It disappears faster than I can type this comment. It's a shame really, because what my nose can catch is not bad at all.
Stay starts off lemony-fresh and a bit scratchy in the throat and nose. Not a very successful opening... But after a while, this scratchiness fades and the scent becomes watery-floral. This watery (by no means aquatic!) quality characterizes this GAP for me. It remains slightly citrusy as well.
Unfortunately, the scent quickly disappears over the horizon, and there's no trace of the driftwood I was looking forward to. Perhaps the current was unfavorable. *clears throat* Other than that, I can't perceive anything from the base, aside from a minimal woodiness.
In hindsight, I'm glad I stuck with the 10ml bottle. What good is the most beautiful scent if it's hardly noticeable. *grumbles* And I have a very fine nose. I usually smell quite a bit even with scents that others here can hardly detect. But with Stay, even my nose gives up.
