Rosy fragrance journey in the dewy spring morning
No rose fragrance has been able to convince me as Pivoine Flora. He just seems so natural and friendly, without the heaviness of deep red roses in itself to take up or to be fresh, as we know them from Rose Fraiche of Yves Rocher,
It feels like being transported to a young, sun-drenched spring morning, perhaps in the middle of a country garden where there are cottages, in the south of England.
As Pivoine Flora leads me under those rose arches, it gifts me with subtle woody notes, they make the scent complete for me. The warm sandalwood, along with the peonies, I gently place outside my window and my roses still smell as if I had just separated them with secateurs..
Nothing separates me from my scented happiness, from Pivoine Flora. Although... at L'Occitane to visit, the Parfuma kindly pointed out to me that my favorite rose fragrance will soon be discontinued.... :') i regretted it, but L'Occitane is always creating new fragrances to replace existing fragrance creations.
Pivoine Flora reminds me of Fenjal's rose-scented shower cream. I hope this one stays with us!
