muffled powder

Definitely get the powder, the perfume is kind of weird, it’s intimate, clean, not very astonishing I kind of get a muffled feeling from this one, like the creator tried to tone down the blend, resulting for me in being actually quite boring.
I like powdery blend from time to time but they need have some kind of kick to make them bottle worthy
I find this whole pentalogies collection really really challenging ...

A day at the beach

We lie on the stand, somewhere on the edge of the dune, where the first bush-sized shrubs already begin. They are thorny like roses, but have only small flowers. Sun cream without sun protection factor is mixed in, clearly coconut-based, and it becomes more and more clear that there are a lot of different woods around us, most of which must have been washed up. Such a day on the beach makes you hungry, but luckily we have some fruit and a dessert with us. This seems like it's going to be a pretty good day.

I like it when scents tell a clear story, and Etude does that. Unfortunately, there are a bit too many adjectives and subordinate clauses in the narrative form, which makes everything more blended than it needs to be. Version 1.3 could do with a bit more trimming.

As a distinctly saltwater scent, I like the purist Nothing but Sea and Sky a tad better, even if the two have an undeniable similarity. But with the Etude I'm never quite sure whether there in the high complexity not one or the other car tire was secretly disposed of in the dune, at the edge of which I just look out to sea.

For this you get a lot of fragrance for the money: even a whole beach day later, we still sit on one of the tires at the sea and gnaw the last melon as a farewell.
