Sugary-sweet eau de cologne
Cashmere is kind of a foil to Suede Elixir - where Suede Elixir is a sugary-sweet leather scent, Cashmere, despite its name, is an eau de cologne type structure (bergamot, neroli, musk) atop a very similar sugary-sweet base, mostly made up of vanillin. I was hoping this would be a "cola" type of fragrance similar to Enigma Parfum Cologne, which citrus/ambers sometimes are; and although it is a bit "fizzy," it doesn't have the depth of spicy amber required for that type of scent to emerge. For a citrus amber in the same price range I'd go with Ambra Calabria, and of course Enigma Parfum Cologne is miles ahead.
