Sugary-sweet leather

Not really represented in the notes of Suede Elixir is ultra-sweet fruity notes whose sharp sugariness descends deep into the drydown. I can see the comparisons to Widian's leather frags - "Aswan | Widian / AJ Arabia", which is the only Widian I have tried, was also way too sweet for me and by all accounts Aswan and "London (Extrait de Parfum) | Widian / AJ Arabia" are quite similar, as is Suede Elixir. The cistus is not really noticeable which is a shame; a leather/cistus fragrance sounds quite appealing and interesting.
