Glazed apples and seal-pulling caramel sweets
Time to drool!
... oh, where are only my manners, of course I should welcome you first of all! So nice evening on all sides and blah blah... you know that yes :D
All right, time to drool again! Oh yes, now you can already imagine that I would have to imagine a sweet delicious fragrance if you hadn't already had that thought when reading my title. Because today I come to "Angelo Di Fiume" by Linari, a brand I didn't know personally yet (but you certainly did, because you are, as always, the omniscient freaks! :D).
The name of the fragrance translated means "angel of the river"... for whatever reason,... however divine this fragrance already smells here, at least as far as sweety-delicious fragrances are concerned, where one cannot hold back while sniffing and would like to run into the kitchen to get something sweet. The fruit bowl with all the healthy fruit is then of course ignored, unless you dip the fruit in a chocolate fondue.
Well, is your mouth already watering? Then wait for the description of the fragrance :DD
Another intense note is vanilla, which gives the fragrance a very sweet, but also a soft powdery note. Oranges are present in the background and I smell light, general woody notes.
Some say that you can smell cherries here too, but I couldn't see any cherries. At least not directly. With a little imagination you can make out a very small, liqueur-like note, which then seems to be mixed a little bit with chocolate, plus light fruity notes, so that you might think of Mon Cherie. What I also find very tasty... but it doesn't last that long because you can smell the most vanilla and caramel again soon.
Resinous notes such as benzoin give the fragrance a beautiful, soft side, which also goes very well with the sweet notes. Everything looks so delicious, sweet, chocolaty, but without being sticky or overwhelming.
Much later it smells somehow like beautiful pastries, like cookies and similar... and still a little later it smells only like powdery sweet vanilla. A very nice scent!
Sooo...
Well? Are you still drooling or are you already nibbling? D
I've got coffee right here on my table. Normally I would have drunk the coffee normally without any sweets, because I don't always nibble on cookies (except at Christmas time, when I eat more sweets than usual). But now I still have a small box of these delicious chocolate-covered sticks standing here! No, not Mikado, but something similar and also very tasty! I just can't always resist such a thing, so I'm glad that I don't have to test such tasty scents every day.
So, if someone thinks that this fragrance simply smells like sweet stuff, I can calm them down, because the fragrance is already very sweet and tasty, but also perfume-like and is therefore quite usable in contrast to fragrances, which for example only smell like chocolate. That's why this fragrance is mainly meant for me to go out, and best of all in autumn and winter, as it leaves a somewhat wintery impression as described. I find the fragrance very ladylike, so I think it might not look so good for men.
It is definitely recommendable in any case, but perhaps not necessarily for those who are also weak-willed now and then and have to get something to nibble on with such fragrances immediately, otherwise the ravenous appetite makes you insane :D
And with that I am again at the end and wish you all a nice evening :)

The fragrance:
The fragrance starts immediately with an intense caramel note, which reminds me of fair or Christmas market stalls with all kinds of sweets, such as these glazed apples, which like to break teeth, or delicious caramel sweets (especially from the brand "Riesen"), which can pull out dental fillings... hmm... all this sweet stuff seems to be really harmful for the teeth, who would have thought that? DAnother intense note is vanilla, which gives the fragrance a very sweet, but also a soft powdery note. Oranges are present in the background and I smell light, general woody notes.

The Sillage and the shelf life:
The Sillage is still good in the beginning, so he is good to smell. After a not too long while, however, it weakens a little and becomes rather mediocre,... well, a little better than that, which means that it is still good smelling, but now from a little less distance. The shelf life is enormous, as the scent (or the vanilla from it) was still quite good on the arm to smell the next morning. So in my opinion, he's gonna last a whole night! The bottle:
The bottle is cylindrical, flat and black, which makes it look a little like an ice hockey puck :D The name of the fragrance and the brand are written on it in gold letters, which contrasts beautifully with the dark bottle. The brown lid is also cylindrical and made of wood, which makes the overall impression of higher quality. It's a nice bottle. Sooo...
