I love you on the minty days
Luciano Soprani was destined to become a farmer. But after finishing his agricultural studies he decided that he was more into fashion. He has worked for brands such as Gucci and Max Mara. I admit that I do not know his design in clothes, but I do own one of his perfumes: Miss Soprani.
She is a floral fragrance, a lot like sniffing a bouquet of mixed flowers, in which the main part is Freesias. To my nose, not a lot happens during the journey. I do get other floral notes, a bit of Jasmine and sometimes a whiff of Neroli, but that is it. Longevity is up to eight hours which is good. So if you want to smell like a bouquet for eight hours - well, here you go.
Miss Soprani has been living with me for quite some time. We have accepted each other, but we have never become friends. Not even close. I acknowledge her beauty and her indisputable elegance. I do, however, feel that she is a bit too pleasing and a bit too perfect. Maybe I just overthink the whole project. Or maybe it has to do with the bottle, which I really do not like.
She has a minty note somewhere deep down, which is really interesting. I get it from time to time, and it tickles my brain. That is when I like her the most. But mostly she is just a somewhat dull floral.
