How I just hate him!
Most people will wonder why I hate my "signature scent" of all things. Simply because it is not my signature scent!
Confusing, isn't it? Actually not, but why this is so, I will explain and especially with Tabac Original one cannot explain it often enough!
First of all I would like to stress that I love Tabac Original and there is probably no other fragrance that I have consumed so inflationarily. But only the After Shave and the EdC and here we have the problem!
The EdT is only partly related to the After Shave and the EdC, but so many people just don't want to understand that (apparently not even Parfumo himself). Like many salespeople I've had to explain that the EdT smells different than the EdC and the After Shave, I can't list it with two hands any more, but noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo These are the same fragrances, only that the EdT contains more "fragrance oil" listen to. No, no and no again! Please dear salespeople, clean or train your noses to sniff out the difference. Or at how many DM shops I have already discovered that the tester is the EdC, but then they only sell the EdT. Troublesome, I know, and I had to let off my frustration about it here.
Now for the fragrance itself. The EdT version of the Tabac Original isn't that bad, only it shouldn't be called Tabac Original because it's just misleading for the customer who doesn't know that the EdT is going in a different direction than his brothers EdC and After Shave. The EdT version reminds me a bit of Pico Rabanne pour Homme, because he goes much more in the soapier and spicier direction, which is why I think he has an independent character
