Memories are there... and those remain! / Back then, you were the one for everything!
Hello everyone,
today I would like to say something about Culture by Tabac (1996) Eau de Toilette and do this in relatively few words.
Back then (^^) when I was 8 years old, you appeared and every adult male (my father, grandfather, uncle, friends of theirs... etc.) had it, and I, as little Benny, found it quite nice and pleasant even back then. A few years ago, I got it as a bonus (flacon) on e*ay. And the scent immediately catapulted me back to that "carefree" time = Thank you for that.
Nowadays, I am really sad that you can no longer be purchased in the drugstore like back then, and besides availability, your biggest plus point is your price. I don't remember the exact amount, but a large bottle was available for under 20€ and the small one for 12€ (I believe), and that is amazing!
What do we have here?
It starts fruity - but only briefly and immediately becomes woody - green - spicy and over time it becomes masculine, timeless, and it also has an earthy quality (in a subtle way).
It doesn't have high-quality oils and no crazy flacon, but at that time, this was very secondary for people (that's my impression). Do you want to smell good + spend little money? Then choose a scent from Tabac!
When + where?
Always and really always!
Even from today's (personal) perspective, you are not the best scent, definitely not, and purely from the H/S perspective, it's at most an okay...
I am very grateful that I got to smell you again after all these years.
Recommendation:
Definitely for the nostalgia factor!
