Teens revisited
This is a scent from my early teens. I proudly put it on my shelf for makeup, jewelry and deodorants from Limara and Date. It made me feel so exclusive, so extravagant. So feminine. Even today when testing I can remember so many details about my life at that time: school, music, friends, clothes, hobbies, first loves. So many things which then felt so important. I even made a note in my diary about getting the perfume. I remember writing something about the smell being like a lot of flowers.
When I got older I thought of this as a rather plain scent and I started to wear louder scents, that seemed more mature. I considered Le Jardin a childish scent for pre-teens and it was not until a few years ago I stumbled across it again and decided to buy it. It was pretty nostalgic to meet it again. Today I get a lot more notes when smelling. I get the mint and the bergamot. I get the amber, the oak moss and the cedar. It is actually a very well composed scent.
