Ich liebe es! Er glänzt, funkelt, schimmert. Auf meiner Haut wurde er ähnlich wie der klassische Ani, nur in einer sehr tiefen Basis. Als nur noch warme, gemütliche Vanille übrig war. Bei einem Paralleltest - völlig unterschiedliche Düfte. Der eine ist warm-vanillig, wärmend umhüllend und sehr gemütlich. Der andere ist ein spritziger Zitronen-Vanille-Cocktail. Auf meiner Haut ist die X-Version heller und glänzender als der Klassiker. Die Haltbarkeit ist die gleiche. Ich würde X im Frühling und Sommer tragen. Classic - Herbst und Winter. Sehr hohe Qualität, schöne Arbeit.

I have been using Nishane Ani X for the past 6 months, and it has become my go-to fragrance. The warm, elegant scent is bold yet inviting, and I constantly receive compliments from those around me. It leaves a lasting impression and is perfect for any occasion. As far as its cost is concerned That is very genuine & affordable.

Amazing, But not flawless...

A beautiful statement piece from the house of Nishane starts off with a beautiful blend of lemony citrus, vanilla and some aquatic notes, could be classified as a fresh gourmand. Then more notes reveal themselves after a hour or two, The melon, and cashmere come into play which personally I really don't like, The melon and cashmere are not blended well at all to the base of the fragrance ; lemon and vanilla. This to me is very off putting but as someone who's smelt plenty of high level perfumery fragrances this happens fairly often, But then in reality everyone who will pass by you in real life isn't going to catch this area of mistake from nishane, They'd rather smile at you and compliment you're aroma! Other then the melon note I really enjoy this beautiful perfume, lasts well ( 10ish hrs ) with very nice silage. unisex all year around fragrance !

Upgrade or downgrade? You choose

While I don't find the original Ani Extrait de Parfum to be alienating in the slightest, community sentiment has always been torn as for what direction it leans, and just how wearable it is. Well, it appears these two problems have been solved here.

Ani X opens with a brilliant yet short-lived melon note flanked by the vanilla and mild spices, a clear improvement on wearability compared to the original Ani which is a spring-fall spicy vanilla. Even the first whiff you get on skin is brilliant, a true prospect of a 10/10 fragrance. As the scent dries, it is the recognizable Ani vanilla with a smooth blend of white musk and cashmere wood.

Where Ani X, to me, falls short of the high standard of the original, is the deep drydown where that white musk is a bit too prominent for my liking. I also notice the considerably weaker sillage relative to the original. It's also worth noting that overall, the scent doesn't really accomplish much new and that is potentially the biggest issue with Ani X - the feeling that this has aspects of being a cash grab.
