The best release from the Nishane X Collection: the better, fresher and more special Nishane Ani!
I bought myself some of the X-Collection Nishane fragrances for the release; the Wulong Cha X, the Hacivat X and the Ani X. The latter was in my view the best release from the anniversary series! But why?
- Everyone from the fragrance community has probably come across the Nishane Ani at some point, one of the best vanilla fragrances ever. With the Ani X Nishane has retained the basic DNA to 90% and has spiced up the fragrance in places where it makes sense from my point of view: in the top note and only to parts in the drydown
- To be specific, you have a cool honeydew melon note attached together with citrus and light aquatic, so that the heavy Nishane Ani fragrance - which was primarily usable on colder days - has become an all-rounder. Of course, due to the strong vanilla note not recommended for hot summer days, but you can now wear the fragrance at higher temperatures
- After the fresh blast at the beginning slowly gives way, follows the beautiful vanilla base, for which Nishane Ani is also known. But even here a slightly fresher take has been taken by adding apple and lavender, although I still perceive the melon in the background
Overall, a really great and beautiful fragrance that is no longer as linear and "heavy" as before, but has gained complexity and diversity. Definitely recommended for vanilla lovers who also appreciate a fresh kick!
