Split, clean fragrance with beast performance
After I was so impressed by Delina Exclusif, I also wanted to try Valaya. At the beginning, an unpleasant synthetic citrus dominates, reminding me of detergents. As soon as the fragrance settles, the DNA of PDM comes through. Nevertheless, a clean fragrance continues to dominate, with a hint of synthetic citrus. It becomes slightly sweeter. I would have to guess which fragrance note is responsible for this.
Longevity and silage:
1. Test: layered with Delina Exclusif and Valaya trumped it. I had 3 sprays of Valaya on it and so 7 sprays of Delina Exclusif and was confused as to why I kept getting the Valaya in my nose.
2. Test: one spray on the back of my hand and my friends at the table said that everything smelled like me....
So the Valaya is really a beast for a clean fragrance. It's not a blind buy, as this synthetic citrus is also strongly reminiscent of freshly cleaned public washrooms. It's not for everyone, but perhaps that's what gives it its character. I'm still undecided as to whether I really need such a fragrance. I think it might be nice to have for days when you just want to smell clean. But I wonder if there's a cheaper way to do it.
