Luna Rossa Black Prada 2018

After I had already written a statement, now the honor to whom honor is due.

Luna Rossa Black is celebrated as a fragrance, so I have already seen it (positively) reviewed in several videos about successful designer fragrances. At the same time, there are always claims that the fragrance doesn't last at all, that it can no longer be smelled after around 30 minutes, etc. For this reason, I had not tried the fragrance until a manufacturer's sample was included with a bottle purchase. What can I say: The 1.5 ml was used up in a few days because I wanted to spray this fragrance on again and again.

So:
I can't understand why the fragrance doesn't last. I can smell a very clear sillage after 3 sprays and perceive the fragrance on myself for a good 6 to 7 hours.
What I imagine is that some people spray too much and then their own nose no longer smells anything. The talk of fragrance blindness - you know what I mean. I don't really need to explain that to anyone here.

About the fragrance:
The beginning reminds me of pepper. A bit like Spicebomb Extreme but not sweet, just tart, dark and masculine. Maybe it's the angelica. You can also smell the bergamot, but again, the scent is very dark and very deep. Think of a black bergamot, which doesn't exist, but Prada does things.
The sweetness comes in the drydown, but again: In my opinion, this is a fragrance that even people who tend not to like sweet fragrances can wear. Because the sweetness is really very saturated and elegant, so that nothing here is screaming or garish. The black bottle fits perfectly. It's a fragrance that I find absolutely addictive, so when I'm not wearing it, I really feel like touching the bottle and spraying it on.

I can't believe the quality and distinctiveness of this perfume and have to say that those who focus on niche are missing out. Sometimes the sweet, good grapes don't hang too high. It has become a masterpiece, Ms. Andrier.

I am already a lover of the Prada L-Homme range. I already had the Luna Rossa Ocean Eau de Toilette in my collection. With Luna Rossa Black I immediately became a fanboy of the Luna Rossa range, so that Luna Rossa Sport also completely won me over. Now also in my possession.

I am now a fanboy, believer and grateful disciple of this series and am excited to see what is yet to come.
