Nice aquatic - cheap water in a bottle
Azul is a nice refreshing aquatic fragrance. Scent-wise, I like it a lot and it's different from any of the other summer blue fragrances I have. Can't go wrong with the price. Just like its brother in the green bottle, it doesn't take long and it's gone. It took about 15 minutes for it to become a skin scent and about 2 hours and it was gone completely. That's after spraying about 10 times, skin only. As with the green bottle fragrance, it's a shame that Puig doesn't amp it up a lot. They are both nice otherwise. It can be useful if you know you'll be wearing some other fragrance in a couple of hours. That's pretty much how I use both the green and blue bottles.

A very pleasant surprise
Quite frankly, the blue tendency is not something i'm into. They have always seemed quite simple and random fragrances for my personal use. And i always liked to use something different to that. I think blues are a good warm and hot weather scent, but, since i wouldn't wear them, i needed to look for other alternatives. A couple of the ones i liked the most (Out naturally of the blue realm) are Versace Pour Homme, Lacoste Blanc and recently, Adidas UEFA (A synthetic Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme) and also the classic Agua Brava.

A few days ago, i saw AB Azul in a supermarket here. And smelling it from the cap, it was something to the extent of:
"It's a blue that doesn't smell like generic bullshit".
Anyway, this one seemed very nice. Oceanic notes with pink pepper, citruses and a slightly woody, musky and ambery back, just great.

The performance some mention is bad. I think it can be oversprayed and getting it to last some 8 hours on skin, or apply normally or slightly more than usual on clothing and it will have a good performance. It's like a modernized Agua Brava, great for any age, better when younger, great for casual summer and hot spring use.

"Classic" Waldaquat - showcasing green and blue!
I know the "Agua Brava (Eau de Cologne) | Puig" in its "original" form. The beautiful green with all its spicy-woody advantages. Now it has a "blue brother" that combines the classic vintage form with slightly salty aquatic worlds, making it something special.
The "Mugwort theme" is wonderfully executed, making the scent both aromatherapeutic and olfactorily uplifting.
Together with the aromatic and warm-bright citrus scents, it creates a pleasantly welcoming introduction. Until a wonderful, slightly salty "sea breeze" arises, further enhancing the cheerful impression.
And yet, it then heads into the forest, which is located near a coast, likely that of the Atlantic off Brittany. Completely filled with all the surrounding scent sources: the damp meadows with various herbs, the seaweed, traditionally harvested in certain spots in shallow water on stable wooden boats with special rotating fork devices.
Often used for medicinal purposes and as a spice for local dishes.
Also, fragrant grasses, aromatic wood scents, mosses, warm sunlit tree barks, and cool sea breezes. All of this is contained in this simple blue glass bottle.
Here, you’ll find everything that the "herb nose" loves!

You can really feel the original here, enriched by a blue, mossy-aquatic freshness. The woods in the base add a foresty touch. Great variation!!

Green-citrusy opening of bitter bergamot is made more exotic by sea salt notes. Oriental spice bazaar with dominant pepper at the end. Good.

In the top notes, citrusy Muscatel sage - genius!
Then a short pause...
To take you on a maritime-peppery wooden boat!
I sing La-Paloma
