Aqua Quorum Puig 1994 Eau de Toilette

I can see the definite resemblance to the Polo Sport as Kannan mentioned. However, this one reminds me more of Wings for Men than Cool Water. However, I think I like this one better.

It is very cool in its own right. I love the fressia in the opening notes. It is a little sharp on initial spray but settles down quickly to a soothing and mellow lavender amber fragrance. Very nice IMHO.

Longevity is about 6 hours on my skin, and sillage is average. It is never overpowering, and would make a great daily wear fragrance, especially for the spring and summer months.

Can be had for very reasonable prices online, and would make a great substitute for Wings or Polo Sport, at a great price.

I really love this cologne, despite it's simplicity. I've kind of been scouring for something just like it and after a few misses- tried cool water and found it too synthetic, polo sport too citrusy, then finally landed on this.

This is the perfect timeless summer sporty cheap shower-gel/aftershave fragrance. You simply cannot go wrong with it. It anyone who likes masc fragrances will enjoy it, regardless of age- if anything to sportyness kinda makes it lean youthful- drakkar noir has a similar effect.

There's no point in even describing the notes, the break down does it for you- no other fragrance have I tried has it all laid out so plainly exactly what this will smell like in each stage. Fresh lavender opening, bit fruity middle, mossy base. That's really all there is to it.

It is a bit lacking when it comes to performance, but luckily this is so inoffensive you can overspray and it'll bother absolutely no one.

So yeah, it's simple- but it doesn't need to be anything else.

Aqua Quorum launched in 1994 is an average at best flanker to the classic original Quorum. For some reason the longevity is not as good as when i wore it for the first time. I don't know if it's my imagination but the longevity seemed to go a lot further before. The fragrance doesn't even cost $15 so why should i complain. There aren't that many notes in the composition so it's not a complicated fragrance but i will say that the oakmoss drydown is delectable. Man how i loathe the IFRA!! In fact loathe is not a strong enough word to describe those demons. This scent is discontinued and that's no surprise. Overall a poor man's Acqua Di Gio

This is a mix between Davidoff Cool Water & Polo Sports. The Projection is good, Longevity 4 to 5 hours. Good Summer scent.

I bought this for $14. I was not expecting to love it as much as I did. Yes, I've seen people compare this to Polo Sport and yes, they share similarities. That lavender and amber combination is unmistakable and a true representation of the mid 90s. What I didn't expect wasn't how dirty this is. It has that dryer sheet smell, but the dry down is to my nose almost like a damp lavender mixed with some slight earthiness and leather. That's what I get from it. Oh, and the longevity is insane for something so fresh. I get 8 hours easily after being outside all day. So, you should get 10 hours if you're lounging around. Overall, I prefer this to Polo Sport.
