How do I say it
Comments are always a challenge for me. And with this fragrance, it's particularly special because it is very unique to me. Some time ago, I had a mini sample, but not enough to really form an opinion. That's why, when it appeared here in the Souk, I jumped at the chance.
Well then.
First and foremost is bergamot, which completely excludes my nose.
For me, it starts off with a load of labdanum and benzoin, phew, what have I gotten myself into-very resinous, gnarly, and spicy.
But hold on, after a while it calms down and becomes a bit softer. Heliotrope is to be sensed-not sweet, but it soothes the spices. Geranium? It should be floral, but this fragrance has nothing floral for me-zero, nada.
And then comes a hint of cinnamon, but pure, not the kind mixed with sugar. All the other ingredients listed in the pyramid may be present, but I can't break them down individually. I'm not that practiced.
In any case, I've learned to love this very spicy, almost not sweet fragrance. Not on the first sniff, but now even more so.
And I recommend testing it to anyone who likes spicy,
Oriental, and unsweetened gourmand fragrances.
