About my first love
I don't want to say anything bad about it. (And I can't)
Once, in the early 2000s (the 2010s version must be a reissue, as the scent was unavailable for many years), I bought my first "perfume" (here EdT). Although I knew Fahrenheit and the like, I had never spent money on perfumes, always relying on gifts instead.
So why did I spend money on Toni?
Because it was not just oceanic-fresh for me, but it also conveyed a meditative, cozy warmth through its patchouli notes, which still warms me regularly today.
Just like the scent, I wanted to be - fresh, smart, and profound.

I lack a bit of the craft for an adequate analysis of top, heart, and base notes, but as far as longevity is concerned, two hearty sprays in the morning are enough for me, and I can smell good until bedtime.
Sillage? Not overwhelming, but at least noticeable in the first two hours without being irritating; after that, it becomes more private, and that's how I want it to be.

Bottle? Well, at least it has grooves.

Well, I wanted to get this off my chest because the scent seems to be getting a bit of a bad rap here and, as it seems to me, needs a little push.

Thank you for everything, Toni. Love!

Quite Adequate Aquatic Scent
When the fragrance was relatively new on the market, I purchased it after just one test on a strip. Admittedly, that's always a gamble and can just as easily backfire spectacularly. But the scent suited me quite well in terms of composition and developed nicely.

It's not a "burner," and both sillage, longevity, and the bottle are fairly average. (Yeah, used technical terms for the first time)

A small downside for me is that the fragrance apparently tends to turn relatively quickly, then it just smells awful.

Doesn't hurt anyone, doesn't benefit anyone - flat apple aquatic
I haven't come across anything from Toni Gard yet; all the bottles pictured above are stylistically almost identical stripes, ultimately very monotonous.

The scent in the black glass zebra presents itself as a lukewarm, banal fruit water with a slight sea breeze touch.

Some apple, all quite modestly arranged, light floral hints in the middle, overall tending to be fresh, a bit fruity, and rather trivial in terms of sillage.

Could also be found for 8.95 euros on any supermarket shelf.

Just like fresh out of the shower. Nothing spectacular, but not bad either. Sillage and longevity are rather weak though.

A legendary round and harmoniously balanced aquatic plastic-apple disaster.
But I have to admit, it’s a success.*

I used to love wearing the combination of EdT & the shower gel for a while, tanned after vacation. ;-)
