Ouverture - A musical in three acts -

For a long time, this fragrance has been worth a review for me, as it has made it from a 2ml to a 5ml bottling to a bottle.
For me, Ouverture is like a piece of music, no rather a musical made up of various pieces of music composed together.

The prelude or the actual overture (i.e. the opening) begins with a green-sweetish start.
The main voice here occupies a really loud fig leaf, which is accompanied by a juicy orange in the drone. The orange is allowed to contribute something tangy and fruity, although it always remains in the background, as befits a drone.
The same applies to the appearance of magnolia. It is perceptible, but not through its own presence, but also as an accompanying voice to underline the scent of the fig leaf and make it somewhat more floral.

As soon as the second act begins (there is no classic curtain in this case, but the scent changes noticeably here)
another star enters the stage with loud aromas: cinnamon!
It also plays a leading role here, with a certain spiciness, playful and aromatic, it is accompanied on stage by almost shy roses and jasmine blossoms.
In this case, the floral notes play the drone, i.e. the almost constant accompanying tone, while the cinnamon is allowed to show off its complexity with a loud voice and really doesn't skimp on volume in its presence.
Ylang-ylang still tries to come into its own somehow, but is only perceived subliminally by the audience, everyone only pays attention to the main protagonist.

When the middle act leaves the stage after what feels like an eternity, the third act becomes somewhat quieter. After this opulent main act, it's time for something quieter, which allows the audience to relax a little and calm down.
A cozy warmth spreads, the curtain rises and a magnificent vanilla enters the stage.
Warm, slightly spicy and not too sweet, she stands with her legs on the sandalwood stage floor. The cashmere costume fits her like a glove.
It becomes quieter in the auditorium, you can literally feel the relaxing effect of the current actors on stage. None of the performers want to be too loud, they want to create a harmonious end to this really exciting musical. After all, the audience has been sitting in the performance for more than 8 hours.
The last words of the evening then belong to Amber and Incense.
They end the performance with their gentle aromas, escort the audience out of the auditorium and thank them for a super successful performance.

For me personally, Ouverture is much more than just an opening, it definitely plays a leading role as a fragrance. I perceive the fragrance notes as individually well-balanced, no note seems overdosed in the ensemble, none screams too loudly. Nevertheless, it is a really perceptible fragrance with a sillage that should not be underestimated. It easily lasts +9 hours on my skin with a room-filling projection.

If you have read this far and would like to experience a similar performance, I can recommend this fragrance to you, don't be put off by the first test, you have to get used to it a little.
