Outside as inside a parable
An exotic-looking bottle as if it had sprung from an abstract work of art. Black blocks on a white background. A red line runs diagonally through the composition in the style of Soviet Constructivism from the 1920s. Everything is relatively strictly reinterpreted in a Japanese manner.
Matte black (tactile) with curved shapes reminiscent of modern vehicles, weapons, and wristwatches made of black ceramic transitioning to smooth and transparent.
The classic evokes a good Yakuza film from the '90s, where stylish clothing and elegant vehicles play an important supporting role. All of this has an extravagance that echoes from the past. An older Yakuza who discreetly maintains his '80s style, leaning towards the modern without giving up tradition.
I have no idea if these images come to mind while looking at and caressing the bottle (as the scent already announces itself from the packaging) because a Japanese fashion designer was at work here, focusing on cuts, silhouettes, movement, and forms.
The perfume affects me in no different way.
Spicy spice, a classic masculine elegance, and this omnipresent myrrh. An almost floral sweetness. Freshness, cleanliness. Minimally complex and strangely different.
Here, vanilla, tobacco, and leather embrace the leading lady myrrh.
I feel extremely comfortable with this Eau de Toilette.
Thanks to 'Minigolf' for the inspiration!
