Inoffensive and cozy fragrance

My first review is going to the fragrance I've been wearing for most of the year.

First of all, by all means I know it is not a stellar fragrance. It has quite the bad performance, it doesn't last long, have a strong projection or an intense scent.

But I've been coming back to this one since I smelled it on the store and came back to buy it after a few days while thinking about it. Left an impression as the first kind of this type I've tried.
A cozy smell that is close to your skin, for those days you don't want to be noticed or not even wear a fragrance but still smell nice. Been wearing it to the gym, at home, office or relaxed gatherings.

Nice amber, sweet scent that is a good bang for the buck at 20 euros.

When you apply this fragrance, the first thing you notice is a spicy note of saffron. Even though saffron is not in the fragrance pyramid. This is soon followed by the scent of orange. The combination makes this fragrance nice and warm. There is also a slight hint of green and moss in the background. This makes the perfume masculine. There is a certain similarity to Baccarat Rouge 540, but it has its own independent note due to its not quite as strong sweetness.

The longevity and silage are good.

This is a fragrance for men aged 25 and over. It is best worn on colder days. This fragrance can be worn discreetly at the university, office or even for lunch. In the evening, it can be a little more intense to attract attention in a bar, club, disco or simply at a party. Ladies can also try out this masculine fragrance for themselves.

If you like a sweet, spicy masculine fragrance that is reminiscent of BR540, you are in good hands here for little money with good performance.

A well-made Baccarat Rouge 540 clone

If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive and quite successful alternative to Baccarat Rouge 540 Eau de Parfum, you could find what you are looking for in For Him Red Edition Eau de Parfum. Of course, the performance is far less effervescent in this price segment, but absolutely fine. The longevity on my skin is around 10 hours with a solid sillage.

The top note starts off synthetic, sweetish, oriental-spicy but also fruity. Here, I mainly sniff saffron with a medical dentist's office aroma, but also some nutmeg and allspice. Interestingly, orange peel can also be detected here. The heart note offers gourmand hints of cotton candy and roasted almonds. A rather indefinable woody note spreads through the base.

Even though I think the For Him Red Edition Eau de Parfum is quite good, I will probably part with my bottle again. My collection is simply far too big.

Zara For Him Red Edition was a special and great fragrance for me at the beginning and a good alternative to the popular BR540. The sweet and spicy notes, especially from the orange and amber, were a combination that I loved.

However, after a while I realized that the more I used the fragrance, the more I lost the magic that fascinated me about the scent and I reached for it less and less often. In addition, the longevity was not particularly good, which limited its use even further.

Nevertheless, for the price of €20, it is worth buying or testing in the store itself. Despite the shortcomings, the fragrance may offer an interesting scent composition for many and be appealing.
