One of Afnan's best & king of versatility
Afnan really knows how to hit the mark, and Turathi Blue is no exception. If you’re a fan of citrus-based scents, this one’s a no-brainer. It’s a 95% Tygar clone, which actually lasts.

The versatility of Turathi Blue is where this fragrance truly shines. Depending on how you apply it and what you're wearing, it can shift between sporty and elegant effortlessly, a real wildcard in your collection.
It is linear, yes... but also the OG is.

Bonus fact: It’s also strikingly similar to Montabaco Verano, so if you like that, you'll love this too. It also works as a replacement for LV's L'Immensité. Certainly not a clone, but definitely close enough.
Afnan may charge a bit more than average, but the quality (also presentation wise) more than justify the extra cost.

A great "chalternative"
I am still not sure enough about this but here I go. This is a very good fragrance for the money. I feel like this is an alternative for bleu de chanel more amplified on the citrus part.
The grapefruit is so intense that it feels almost like a rotten grapefruit. Too zesty, too pungent. Some will say that it's very synthetic actually. Close to the skin will be too scratchy to sniff. Even after 2 hours. The overall feeling, a woody, zesty and very sharp citrusy smell. Perhaps not a bad thing but I feel that the amplified citruses and zestiness from here can be too much for many users.
Anyway, for the price, you have a great presentation, heavy bottle, big solid box and a very pleasant overall smell.
I am sorry that I've set higher expectations about it because I was a bit dissapointed when I finally got it.
For me, the brown version is far superior to this. Better smell&quality overall.

Performance ? Good or very good we can say. Around 8 hours.
Projection pretty good also, it might overcome the projection of bleu de chanel and be better. I think it's better than chanel in the performance category but it doesn't have the same quality.
For the ordinary people, in the air this will smell pretty good and appealing.

Very good price for the value and the bottle is at least decent.
If you don't have where to test it, you can blind buy it for a very cheap price at times. Consider this not a clone of bleu de chanel but a reinterpretation of it, still woody, still masculine, still mass appeal but waaay more citrusy and somehow "sharper" for the nose.
Some of you will really love this.

As for the comparison with Bvlgari Tygar, I can't make any statement because I've never had the chance to smell it/test it.
As usual, I recommend you to try anything first before buying but if you are brave enough, any blind buy will do.

Overall : 7.9/10

worst fragrance I've ever bought
i read the notes online, thinking id like this and was very excited for it. when it arrived and i smelled it i gagged so bad. it smells like body odor and grapefruit. i dont know how yall can like this. imma let it mature for 4 months and imma come back but for now its horrible. also the longevity is good and the projection is solid too. bottle looks cool so kinda sad the actual juice smells like that

Turathi Blue by Afnan
Fragrantica rating: 4.51/5
It starts with a fresh citrus (grapefruit) blast and dries down to a slightly woody and more spicy (peppery) scent. As compared to OG "Le Gemme - Tygar | Bvlgari" , it resembles a lot in the beginning but not so much in the drydown. OG has a more woody drydown but this one has a more spicier (peppery) drydown.
Projection is moderate to strong and longevity is super great.
Overall, fresh & clean, sophisticated & elegant, mass pleasing, and an excellent value for money fragrance.
Note: if you are looking for a more economical version of this scent profile then Théorème pour Homme is also a good choice.

Nice, But Not Must Have!
Turathi Blue is a very nice fragrance. I've smelled Tygar and it smells very similar. I will say this is definitely a good alternative if you don't have Tygar money. Honestly, I think the scent profile is overrated. I actually had Alexandria's Black Panther before Turathi Blue and I like Black Panther better, but TB has better price point and you get 100 ml for about $40 instead of 30 ml. If you like citrus/woody scents you'll like this. It's a really simple scent profile that's an easy wear. Blast of grapefruit from the opening spray. You can detect some pink pepper as well. Has a slightly creamy and woody dry down. I've worn it several times over the past year and not gotten any compliments yet. When I wore Black Panther, I've gotten several compliments. Turathi Blue has strong projection for first couple of hours. Lasts on me about 6 hours, although I may go nose blind to it. There's a good amount of ambroxin in this. It's a nice fragrance and can be a signature scent, but it's not a must have! If I ever get through this bottle and I want the scent profile again, I will probably buy Black Panther. Smells slightly better and lasts all day. I give Turathi Blue a 7.5 out of 10.

Grapefruit and sweet mandarin in the opening. Tangy, creamy and woodsy with a smooth Ambroxan in the base. The performance is quite good.

It's a perfect mix between bleu de Chanel EDT (40%)+ Light Blue pour Homme Forever (60%) IMO

Very nice grapefruit note dominates in the first few hours. Then as it dries down spicy notes come in. Last's long (>6h) and projects well.

Very good alternative to Bvlgari Tygar.
High quality presentation, and fragrance.
Lasts very long time being a fresh, versatile fragrance.

A Fresh and very versatile scent that works well in hot climates. Citruses, amber, woods and spices, with good projection and longgevity.

The Tygar DNA with some rancid animalic note. An 8.1 for this is crazy. Jean Lowe Immortel is better and closer to Tygar at this price.

Fruity Pebbles. Best use case: spray your children before they head off to kindergarten

Not a replacement for Bleu de Chanel. Sugared citrus notes with a hint of mint + some shaving foam vibes... Very successful blend.

a cheapie that can be bought as a filler fragrance. I spray it before going for a run or gym. Fresh, nice, but does not evoke any feelings.
