Khamrah 9.0
And yet another Khamrah.
I bought this blind because the price was quite low.
Knew what to expect, but was kind of hoping for Khamrah with a twist, unfortunately my hope was in vain.
This one starts off very alcoholic and you immediately notice that the quality is not the best.
It remains quite boozy as it progresses.
I'm not really familiar with alcohol, but I've smelled liqueur before and that's exactly what I smell with Ayat.
I also gradually notice a sweet date note, almost identical to that of Khamrah.
Tonka bean, vanilla and praline can only be guessed at, as the boozy note and the dates still dominate everything in the first few minutes.
Later on, it is no longer so boozy, cinnamon joins the party.
From now on, it is already very reminiscent of Khamrah.
What remains in the end are the dates, the cinnamon and a little vanilla in the background.
If you have smelled Khamrah, and most people probably have, then you actually know exactly what Ayat smells like, in the end there are really no major differences to Lattafa.
Now to the performance, which unfortunately isn't that great.
H/S rather moderate I would say.
It's okay to overspray here.
My conclusion: If you have Khamrah or other alternatives, then you don't need Ayat.
It's not a bad fragrance, I even like it, but I'm now saturated with this DNA.
But if you are looking for a cheaper Khamrah, you will find it here.
