It could have been so nice with the two of us
When I sprayed on this fragrance at lunchtime today, I was immediately in love with it - that rarely happens to me.
The face of a radiant mandarin in Advent, wonderfully aptly rendered, on a warm, spicy bed of labdanum and cocoa, embraced by golden amber. The lavender, which usually leads to my immediate disqualification as a fragrance note, fortunately only made an appearance in homeopathic doses, if at all.
The (hasty) conclusion to Clandestine Rendez-vous: spicy, ambery resinous, yet fruity fresh, but not too heavy or too sweet. Simply a very harmonious composition that is suitable for various occasions, does not impose itself but shows character.
The painful turning point:
after about half an hour, the ambroxan comes roaring back and indiscriminately crushes everything else. All that remains is the unloved memory of the overpriced water of that one Juliette. You know, the one with the gun.
