Freshly showered fragrance that becomes fruitier
I gave the fragrance two stars - not because it's bad. It's okay and certainly has a good quality, but it doesn't suit me at all. Unfortunately. Because my expectations were high - I like citrusy notes, I like gourmand scents, I like almonds... Someone here mentioned cookies and Christmas and that was also my hope. Nope (every perception is individual - there are no "wrong" ratings and it's a good thing - if all noses smelled the same, perfumes would only be half as exciting).
The opening: freshly showered with a citrus soap. A clean scent - so not what makes my heart beat faster, but also not a disaster in itself. I hoped that it would reveal a lot more and yes, it does, and in such a way that I wished for the citrus soap to return. There is a fruity sweetness - not a juice, but a nectar, possibly even blood orange syrup that sticks firmly to the nose. I even felt a little sick - although I'm the kind of person who likes to wear "headache scents" from time to time. I also don't like the incense in the background. I could still smell this combination of blood orange syrup and something smoky the next morning, so the longevity is wonderful. It is also intense.
Is the fragrance citrusy? Yes! Fruity? Yes! Creative? Definitely! But unfortunately, unfortunately not for me. And where is the almond hiding?
