Summer Carnival in a Bottle
Just got sample- summer carnival! Very summery and sweet but not a typical gourmand. Mostly sweet with hint of leather. This scent is actually pretty delightful! Im surprised at how much I enjoy it because on initial spray it didn't wow me- i didn't dislike it, it was just pleasantly sweet. On dry down however, the cotton candy and neroli (actually smells more like orange blossom now) shine. So does the caramel. But its not TOO sweet because the leather and sandalwood also make an appearance. nI just got this sample in a discovery set and this is my first time wearing it, so i cant judge on sillage (i only sprayed a tiny half spray) or longevity yet. But so far, im really liking it! It reminds me of a summertime carnival- cotton candy, caramel corn and a hint of lemonade mix with “leather” carnival ride seats and orange blossom loveliness.
