If dustbowls had sweet personalities
This is enjoyable, though not for me. I really love a hay/barley note. I thought this fragrance would expose me to a new iteration—and it did, but it almost becomes a powdery skin scent, maybe because of the pear and fig. I suppose they do say “sweet” grass.
This is the newborn sibling of Il Do Mel. It has the baby’s bottom vibes of Glossier You, and a freshly pollinated field of wildflowers essence. I love a skin scent, but I don’t like Glossier You or other “your skin but better” fragrances. I love Il Do Mel, but I don’t need another version of it.
If you’re new to luxury fragrances, and don’t want a gentler honey/broom/hay scent that’s easier to love that most, I highly recommend.
