Cottagecore lychee
Sweet and powdery, this is easily the least unisex, most feminine fragrance I’ve tried from this house so far. To my nose, lychee smells like a very sweet blend of pear, rose, and watermelon. It’s half-powdery, half-sweet. The iris and violet in this fragrance bring out the lychee’s powdery side – youthful powdery, not grandma powdery – and the vanilla and tonka bring out its sweet side, bordering on cloying. In terms of vibes, I’m picturing a curated Instagram feed of pastel picnics, homemade desserts, flower gardens, and cottagecore dresses.
Most lychee-forward fragrances I've tried haven't been winners, and I think it's safe to say I don't like lychee.
