Tangy and Resinous

What's gorgeous here is how the ginger and blackcurrant bring out different facets of the incense. It highlights my favorite elements of a resin-heavy scent. There's a tanginess and spiciness. This is a really different take on one of my favorite scent profiles. I only wish the ginger stayed stronger throughout the performance, because it fades behind the sandalwood after just a couple hours.

if you’ve ever known an older Jamaican, then you probably know about ginger candies. I personally hate ginger, but I know many people who love it. This is a sweet citrusy ginger scent that has some soft edges — I’ll attribute that to the sandalwood and vanilla. It’s honestly quite nice, I can’t say I hate it. I know the exact person who I want to give this sample to.
