Beast of the coffee shop
This is a fantastic perfume by a lot of aspects. The performance is something I'd note first, as it happily stayed on and projected for two days straight, showers and all. This is indeed a beast-mode perfume.

Another aspect is the notes, strong bitter espresso lights the way for caramel and vanilla to follow. With all that, sweetness is barely felt through overwhelming patchouli and whatever-it-is, that has a strong synthetic plastic-y smell of cheap incense sticks. The latter is a reason why I regrettably will never wear this perfume again. Everything else about it is just perfect, so that was quite a letdown. Maybe it's better for this to be an incense stick or a candle?

To be frank, that plastic note went away after shower and the scent was still there, smelling absolutely fantastic. Couldn't stop smiling, as I was catching it here and there during the day. But using perfume and then trying to rub it off in a shower seems like such a waste.

Regardless of that, I still sort of like this perfume and would recommend it to someone looking for beast-mode non-sweet coffee scent. Just give it sniff beforehand, as it's not a safe blind buy.

Dusty-musty coffee scent, resinous-woody-old-sweet - Espresso Aoud is worlds more beautiful, and that one didn't really excite me either.
