Iris Cacao

Not much Iris in this one. Opening definitely barnyard oud, drydown more of a thick chocolate/cocoa, still animalic and chip fertilizer in the background. It is decent. Not my favourite. The Castoreum is sweet but also animalic. Think it gives the chocolate/cocoa a lift.

Better version of Iris Cacao

To my nose this is definitely the best version of Iris Cacao.
The castoreum is a perfect fit for the cacao dna.
Is a bit earthier/nuttier and makes it less sweet which I find fit better than the almost sparkling sweetness from civet.
It's even more animalic too, not barnyard or pissy, just a general animalic-ness.
The replaced sandalwood makes it even creamier than previous versions.
Overall a very nice fragrance which I thoroughly enjoy.

Trat Treat on Steroids?

The only thing I missed in Exclusive Blend - Trat Treat was the Oud (the 50-year-old Trat Oud), and I could never understand why I didn't smell Oud, but only nougat.

With Miyaz, I finally smelled Oud! This composition is sweet like Trat Treat, but the Oud is much more pronounced. The Oud is very pleasant, dark, woody, and a bit mature, as the creamy cocoa notes remain. The cocoa is made even creamier by beautiful sandalwood and comes across almost like the aforementioned nougat note.

This perfume is generally less in the gourmand style and more serious, but contains aspects of both styles and is very pleasant to wear, a true masterpiece by Miyaz :)

Snow-covered wooden cabin beaver comfortably smokes a cigar by the fireplace drinks warm chocolate with brandy from a vanilla wafer calf knocks on the door

woody spicy tobacco scent
with boozy chocolate liqueur animalistically underpinned and seasoned with leather resinous balsamic dry and earthy smoky vanilla iris root wood bitter smoky cozy like in a beaver gentleman's club sandalwood very nicely soft and milky but also dry resinous smells old and majestic plays well with the cinnamon which is rather sharp than sweet here the scent is not a gourmand in that sense it is more resins that play the notes the scent is strong and beautifully voluminous the start is rather restrained and seems to linger honestly it feels like forever until it opens up but then it grows on the skin although linear but excellently I find the oud sufficient and beautiful I have no desire for more for now which is important to me so I know that there is oud in it for beaver lovers the scent is a tip the dry tobacco leather is already delicious amber I can hardly grasp the scent is dark brown and reminds me of mocha civet which is a bit different here than iris cacao
it must be because they swapped Zibi with beaver here masculine and less pleasing.
