He doesn't do anything, he just wants to play!
If Dove were to produce a green bar of soap, it would smell something like Oregano Hooligano. Green herbaceous, fresh, slightly tart, clean, creamy, fresh.
On the paper tester, the squeaky green fragrance is initially much more citrusy, but on my skin the garden herbs completely overpower the bergamot. Sage, coriander and oregano (important, all three as fresh green!) vie for attention. After about 30 minutes, I can also locate fresh thyme, mint is somewhat lost. As the fragrance progresses, the green-tartness fades and it becomes more soapy, but in a positive sense. I would have definitely suspected musk, but I have already been wrong with the other Negligè fragrances, I think here the combination of tonka + a hint of incense is "responsible" for the clean factor.
Many people understand "clean scent" to mean a certain synthetic scent, but I really mean the good old block soap. You know those great stalls with bars of soap at craft markets? They always smell fantastic and I buy one every now and then to store between washes. If one of these stalls came up with the idea of creating a "herb garden" type of cream soap, this scent would come very close.
I have two folders here for my testers, one "green" and one "cream" and I had to think long and hard about which one to put the Oreganohooligan in. The negligee fragrances are a positive surprise! They are not so easy to pigeonhole and create intermediate categories that I didn't even know existed before. That makes them quite unique in my eyes. They also show that a niche doesn't necessarily have to be exorbitantly expensive.
The green noisemaker is more of a semi-loud Sympatikus, it stays close to the body but lasts a good 4+ hours. Even or especially in warm temperatures (currently over 30°C again), it feels wonderfully fresh and clean. I find it very easy to wear unisex.
