Love or Die: A Love That Fades Quickly After Spraying
Love or Die is a fragrance that isn't really well-known. At least here in Germany, there is generally no talk about the brand G Parfums.
The Love or Die was also the first fragrance I have tested so far.
The scent has an incredibly beautiful vibe for me right at the beginning, immediately after spraying. I definitely get hints of marzipan here.
A wonderful almond note that, in duet with caramel, creates the association with marzipan.
This totally hits my taste!
Unfortunately, this vibe fades away quickly. While it remains somewhat sweet, the marzipan feels completely gone. A bit of fine saffron spice comes in.
Then the sweetness disappears very quickly, again and again.
What remains for me is a relatively unbalanced mixture of some saffron, musk, slightly smoky fir balsam, and a bit of oak moss.
The performance is so-so.
It lasts a few hours now, but it feels very close to the skin for me at least very quickly.
It doesn't project really well for me, especially over the entire duration.
